General Shipping Information

We do not guarantee that orders will arrive in the estimated times listed below or in our shopping cart software. Most orders will be shipped at 8:00 AM one day after the order is placed (see excluded dates below). Some orders, at our discretion, can take longer to ship including large orders, international orders and suspicious orders.

Excluded Shipping Dates We do NOT ship orders on the following days:

* Any Saturday or Sunday.
* National Holidays

Backorder

You can purchase items that are on backorder but your entire order will be held until the backordered item becomes available. We will not ship your order in multiple packages because some items are on backorder. Estimated arrival dates for items on backorder are not guaranteed to be accurate. We make every effort to keep these dates as close as possible to the actual expected arrival date, but we do not guarantee these dates.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. When you get ready to checkout, you can choose your payment option. Secure transactions are processed through PayPal.

Return Policy

Returns are allowed, as long as the product is in the original condition and has not been used (see exclusions below). Before returning any merchandise, email us to get the return address.
* No returns on opened DVDs (exchanges only on damaged DVDs)
* We do not pay for return shipping
* We do not refund shipping costs
* All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
* Damaged DVDs will be replaced at no cost if the DVD is sent back to us prior to replacement.
